It’s really important our basketball community show the support for our stadium needing to be fixed.

We are excited to share with you all that there will be a significant funding announcement tomorrow (Tuesday 15 April) at 4:20pm at Splash.

We would love there to be a sea of yellow and green to fill courts from 4pm, and to participate in a photo as well. If kids could please wear their Lightning warm up top if they are a representative player or as there is no domestic tops out in circulation, please wear any basketball team supporters singlet you might have. Referees can you please wear your stripes/green shirts.

Having a crowd will confirm just how loved basketball is and that the community desperately needs our facility upgraded.

We think you will all be thrilled to share in this announcement that will open up significant opportunities for our association and wider community!
