🏀DOMESTIC BASKETBALL INFORMATION

Yes, there will be a domestic basketball competition commencing in term 1 at Leongatha.

We are just awaiting an installation date from South Gippsland Shire Council to install leak diversion kits internally on the Splash roof.

This should allow us to have a completely uninterrupted by rain season!!!🎉

Once these are installed it will be all systems go!

🔴We expect registrations will open mid to late January for an early to mid February start!

There will be no change to our domestic
playing nights:

U12 girls
U14 girls
U16 boys
U18 boys*
Senior Men

U12 boys
U14 boys
17/U girls*
Senior Women*

🟢FRIDAY
Short season of Gatha Hoops
U10 boys and girls

🔴* age groups: tell us what you want! Our age groups are changeable. We just need to know what the demand to play is so we can be as inclusive of as many players as we can.

Do the boys want an U20 comp, do the girls want 17/U and senior women? Email us competition@leongathabasketball.com.au and tell us what you think will work!

Also please note that there are no age group changes for the first season of the year, what you played in last season is what you play this season.

U10 – born 2015 snd 2016
U12 – born 2013 and 2014
U14 – born 2011 and 2012
U16 – born 2009 and 2010
Girls 17 and Under – born 2008, 2007, 2006
U18 – born 2007 and 2008
